Woodes Labs is a research and innovation studio operating woodeslabs.com and affiliated products including Woodes Trades. Our contact email is office@woodeslabs.com.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, create an account, or contact us.
• Usage data — anonymised page views and interactions to understand how our products are used.
• Account data — name and preferences if you create a Woodes Trades account.
• Payment data — processed entirely by LemonSqueezy (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To send you product updates and founding cohort communications if you opted in.
• To operate and improve our platforms.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the processors listed below.

4. Third-Party Processors

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
• Loops.so — email communications (waitlist and product updates).
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing and subscription management.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to office@woodeslabs.com. We will respond within 14 days. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
